Description:

White or slightly yellow crystal, taste salty and cool, relative density :2490, melting point: 255°C,soluble in ethanol , liquid ammonia and glycerin , heated to 300°C above can decompose and give off oxygen.

Use:

Used in medicine,printing,metalworking,dyeing and processing of uranium,and used for paper pulp bleaching,to produce chlorate dioxide,chlorite and chlorate,also can be used as herbicide,oxidant.

Handling: 

Wash thoroughly after handling. Use only in a well-ventilated area. 

Minimize dust generation and accumulation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid contact with clothing and other combustible materials. Avoid ingestion and inhalation.

Storage:

Keep away from heat,sparks,flame and sources of ignition.Don’t store near combustible materials.Store in a tightly closed container.Store in a cool,dry and well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances.Keep away from reducing agents.
